actually sometimes the problem towards any improvement is the first step...i know he is happy with the outlook he has...and i m sure he will be happy with the other one also...else it will not take him time to comeback to his old routines.

The majority of people that I know of start with their leg of constructive criticism. As time goes by, their criticism turns into an ugly you-suck commentary, even though their partner is doing whatever he or she can. My point is that if you have such a problem with someone's weight, appearance, or (in broad spectrum) style then why relate? It's a good practice to maintain oneself but don't you think we should draw a line somewhere? The very definition of male fitness is muscular with fine abs and for female fitness, busty or skinny (breast implants, liposuction, tummy tuck - anyone?) which to me is shallow.
