I have a photograph that I took while on a vacation and I want to pass it on, it sure is legal. The problem with the internet is that it's available everywhere and when you get it everywhere, different laws are applied to it. I don't think dog fighting is illegal in Pakistan, in USA it sure is.

If you can share your shirt or a bottle of coke e.t.c. with your friends then whats wrong with file-sharing? Do I have to tell my friends they should buy a new shirt of their own because some corporate bloke might not like it?
