i think in an email, chat, sms or convo..listen to them carefully...and then add like..it would be fun...if we be together...and then send some hints on his mobile...and then when u meet up...and he/she is feeling relaxed...take his/her hand in ur hand..say what u like abt them or love abt them...say what u feel when u r with them...and then confess it with hand sign of i love you...with ofcourse saying it..
