Hope this entry finds you in good health. I am currently monitoring the 2008 Pakistan elections and am keeping an eye to see if there's anything as such as rigging on the Gonvernmental level. If truth be told, no, it's not happening.
I just saw rangers roaming the streets announcing through the loudspeaker. Verbatim: anyone found creating mischief will be shot at sight!
Tomorrow is going to be a tough day for me because I am appointed at a senstive polling booth in the city - one which has a reputation of being violent.
Will keep you guys posted here.
PS: I expect a good turn around in my city tomorrow regardless of the security concern(s). Regardless of where they belong, everyone wants democracy.
