Well yes, PTA has struck again and this time YouTube comes under it's axe. It's such a shame that they have to block the entire websites just because of a few videos that don't do well with their code of ethics. My personal view to follow after these methods that will help you access and watch YouTube videos in Pakistan.
EDIT: Seems like Youtube has been unblocked by the PIE and I can access it.

First up it's mother of all proxy softwares aka Vidalia that help you access any website right in your firefox or internet explorer (I prefer using it with Firefox). Coming back to my personal views, I believe that it should be the choice of the user to view what he or she would like to view. No one should be enforcing anything on anyone. To block the entire of YouTube.com is plain stupid because a) they do not endorse anything uploaded by their users and b) they merely host content. Guess PTA just had to have it's cake.
