Ashwarya Rai or Kajol : Who’ll it be?
The men in white -- Abbas-Mustan -- may be busy filming Subhash Ghai’s 36 CHINA TOWN [after Bangkok, they’re proceeding to Mauritius on August 11], but they’ve already started casting for their next project..
Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision, who produced the recent MAINE PYAAR KYUN KIYA, has signed the director duo for their next venture, which is expected to star Sanjay Dutt and Ajay Devgan in principal roles. Reportedly, the director duo, who churned out hits such as KHILADI, BAAZIGAR and AITRAAZ, are toying with the idea of casting either Aishwarya Rai or Kajol for one of the key roles opposite Ajay Devgan.
“It’s true that Ash has been approached, but for another project,” Abbas clarifies, “In fact, Ramesh Taurani is keen to cast her in the film we’re directing for Tips [reportedly starring Saif, Shahid]. He has already spoken to Ash about it. But we haven’t thought of casting Kajol for the Sanju-Ajay film. In fact, we have yet to zero on the leading lady for this film.”.
That should set the record straight!
