I guess it rings a lot of bells in here.
![]() So, what are your views on homosexuality? Of course religion tells you not to and I've read some nice examples related to the hetrosexualism of animals from folks but it's not too compelling. Debate! |

I have no problems with it because God is the judge, not me. I have known people that were gay. I actually know someone that is gay in my class, and he's one of the sweetest, and funniest persons I've known. No matter what religion, gender, creed, etc. you are, you should always treat people the same way you want to be treated.

What if someone from your family/siblings turns out to be a gay/bi/les? Just curious.

a family member being gay wouldn't change that fact or the person that they are. |

First off, Allah na kare. Secondly, they're a part of my family, and I could never disown them. That love and care is still there no matter what. I could never erase that. I admit that it would be hard to take in, though.

Sorry I forgot to post my views.
I feel terribly uncomfortable and feel scared, yes scared when somebody from that clan (read it as community) make advances towards me. It's horrible.(Talking from my personal experiences). Seriously Nutter, I've had enough of being the Mr.nice around here while having my balls polished by some folks. Enough, it already is. It's time we leap towards the real world which, I am afraid, isn't all that nice to either of us.
Why scared? |

My views on homosexuality: I have no problem with it or the people who are homosexual. Like my sister said, it's a matter of respect because, in the end, they are also human and are going to be judged just as we all are.
If someone in my family turned out to be homosexual: Again, I echo my sisters sentiments, Allah Na Kare, but I would respect that decision nonetheless. It would be a shock...but no way would I disown them or stop talking to them. Siblings are siblings and parents are parents to the end (same with other familial relationships). |
