I think many times I com under focus with no energy![]()
Hi buddies -
In a study it has been revealed that about 40% professionals are purposeful towards their strategy and meeting goals. This study was done on the basis of a person's focus vis-a-vis his/her energy towards meeting the target. So, the professional attitude into following four categories -
1. Focus + Engergy = A person who has the focus towards attaining the target combined with the energy required to achieve it are called "Purposeful". The constitute about 40% of a lot.
The balance 60% are distributed into the following categories -
1. No focus with lot of energy = The person belonging to this category are called "disengaged". Normally, this youngster are caught up with this syndrome. They have energy in abundance but they lack focus to comply with the requirement to complete an assignment. So, they get disengaged. However, this syndrome is seen in other age group too. People falling in this category wud sum up with a typical saying, "Chhod yaar - phir ker lenge na, kaun apna dimagh kharab karega. Abhi tou thoda maze ker lete hain."
2. Focus with no energy = These People are called "Distracted". In this category, generally we have found the person who is in the middle age. However, young people are no exception. They also suffer from this attitude. So, it is not necessary that only middle age people suffer from this.
They have all the focus towards a target, but sadly they at times lacks the energy and found wanting to learn new ideas and insert new thoughts. They tend to get distracted towards easiert assignment or target which would suit their energy level. They often come out with a conclusion that "aare iske liye tou bahut time lagega aur iss resources mein ye kaam kaise hoga. Yaar koi halka phulka kaam dekho na. "
3, No focus, no energy = People in this category are called "Procastinators". Nothing much to say about people in this category. It is understood. They have their favourite saying, "aare kya hoga ye sab kar ke, isse mujhe kya fayda hoga. Chhodo yaar, jiska fayda hota hai woh kare. Hum tou aise hi theek hain".
Now let's decide in what category we are falling in honestly and try to improve upon to move into the bracket of "purposeful" professionals.

Yeah - I cud guess that the way reply to my profile comment I receive. <<focussed but no energy>>Kidding. Friendly.
Wat...really..does it seem that way?
Purposeful and at times disengaged. It's hard to manage when you have to shift focus from one object to another every minute. Energy has never been an issue for me because I always find it by my side (Alhamdulilah) no matter what the circumstances.
I am full of both at time and sometime lack both. Its a question of time and my mental stability which is off late, a big concern for me.
On a nice tensionfree morning,i am completely focused, bustling with energy.
aawwwwww to all my wondeful friends here.. I just mentioned a parameter through which we can assess ourselves. Its indeed difficult to remain focussed with all our energy intact. But yes when we are involved in a time bound project where money is involved as well as resource constrains are also existent, then we must have the purposeful attitude coz. a project will never complete in time without an team of efficient people and even one weak link can put the whole project into jeopardy.![]()
Well ofcourse now you have put forward the parameters of the project,it being time bound and resource constraint..I am focused...Perhaps too focused, its all about intrest and passion of perfection then.
