Should CJ be blamed for the deaths of all those who died in the Islamabad bombings of July 17 2007?

Who or what is CJ ??

NO! It's the responsibility of the Government to take protective measures. As always, they've failed to protect innocent people. Islamabad is a tiny city and it shouldn't be difficult at all for them to organize.
