I don't need a fatwa from a certain person to define what is shahadat.Have u ever heard of Nishan-e-Haider???and the ppl who have received it.They sacrificed their lives to defend their country and they r considered as martyrs.so there u go.

In case Ghazi aur so called militants ka court mein trial hotha tu inko keya punishment milthi?
