Stretch Before Workout
The best way to gear up for a good workout is to prepare your body with a round of good stretching exercises. Here is how:
The duration of the stretching exercise must be for 5-7 minutes.
Be careful not to bounce your muscles when you are doing your stretching exercises.
Make sure that your muscles are relaxed as you stretch or it can cause unnecessary injuries.
Stretch yourself till you feel a strain in your muscles. Do not stretch to the point that it hurts.
Relax between stretches and with repetition try to increase the time that you hold that stretch.
Do at least 10-15 repetitions of each stretch.
