well insult ki baat nahi hoti.. i think its more of an expectation we have from others.. i mean if they say No.. then ofcourse we'll feel hurt maybe even a little uncmfy around that certain person.. but i think if you have the oppurtunity you should go ahead and avail it.. yu never knw what the other person might think about you..
