Thumbs up talaq, the way women want

a clause called deleagated divorce in the nickahnama is coming to the aid of many muslim women
    .talaq-e-tafweez
this meant that the husband had delegated his wife the right to get a divorce in the following conditions
    1.he treated her with cruelty
    2.he took a second wife
3.failed to pay her maintenance for six consequtive months
4 did not cohabit even once in six months
    5.he is a drunkard

althugh talaq-e-tafeweez is not mentioned in Quran not for that matter trifle talaq too.
this law was inroduced by imam abdul hanifa an eighth century tabiyun.
pakistan's shariacourt follows delegated divorce too
unfortunatey orthodox ulema like wicked and co are stonewalling attembts to popularise it

When u r posting info.. try 2 copy it properly, its not abdul hanifa its Abu hanifa...fortunately ur attempts to create Islamophobia and hate is being cut down...
for ur kind info If u go back n look @ ma posts that I am the 1 who is actually against this attempts to popularize this issue, infact the pandit's like u r taking a chance to defame Islam and r posting new topics again n again on the same content which has been discussed and also ur lies were refuted...

about Imam Abu Hanifa is concerned u know nothing about him, nor does u know who he is, u r simply pasting the material 4m some where...so I am not interested to go deep into this topic with a chundi pandit like u...who doesn't misses a opportunity or 2 b more correct create fuss 4m nowhere 2 malign Islam

Do womenfolk consists of only muslims?, do hindu or christian women r not suffering?, are the western atheist's women not suffering 4m domestic violence multiple divorces?, r dey not women?, if so then y r u so much interested in just muslim women?, let me remind u Muslim women have the most peaceful and stable lives compared to any other community... then y r u trying 2 prove that they r the only one who r suffering...

Even in hinduism the moment u say sati savitri u imagine a women who cover's her full body in saree and hides her face...Ram god asked her wife 2 prove her chastity... and muslims r depriving rights...women has 2 burn with her husbands body still muslims are being deprived of the rights... womens are being bashed up in pubs in mangalore still muslims are oppressed, Non-muslim womens are being stripped naked in public and people like dsjeya enjoy watching... and still muslims are oppressed..., womens are paraded naked in whole town still muslims are suffering...womens are raped in every 15 min in India alone and still muslims are oppressors..., 40-60% female children are being sexually abused and 80% of them non muslims still muslims are oppressed...Women are being divorced , talaq is issued to them every 1 hour by non muslims still muslims are the only who divorces...

Nun's, are covered fully...so they 2 r oppressed...y r u not shouting 4 dem... only bcoz the moment u open ur mouth bush will **** into that?

incidents in India where women were asked or made to strip in public:
    1. Farmers in the state of Bihar, in a desperate bid for rain, recently asked their unmarried daughters to embarrass the rain gods by plowing the fields naked. The naked girls were accompanied by the elderly women in the villages, who did not have to take their clothes off. The village council members vowed to continue the naked plow until thr weather Gods showered the village with heavy rains.
    2. Women participants in the state-sponsored mass wedding that ocurred in the state of Madhya Pradesh, were asked to take their all of clothes off, it has now been confirmed. No, not everyone who showed up at the wedding, but only those who participated to become the brides. The state authorities have claimed that the brides were stripped to ensure that they were all virgins. There was no plowing in the fields and no reports of whether the incident embarrassed any of the Gods to shower the state with monsoon rains.
    3. Also in the state of Bihar, a young woman was recently stripped and paraded naked on a busy street which, for some reason, is already known as Exhibition Street. The Nation Commission of Women was so outraged that it requested the state’s chief minister for assurances that such incidents not recur. Nitish Kumar, the state’s chief minister called the incident condemnable (no, not commendable).
