Age isn't a factor I'd count when it comes to maturity. Teens are of course more impulsive and less practical when it comes to making decisions but then again, age doesn't count.

fortunately or unfortunately maturity is not something measured by age. I have seen some people who r 30 n still infantile and on the other side some kids are mature enough to take the rite decisions and stand by them. So i think it varies from person to person but i'll go with the first option.

Depends on their maturity level...alot of them arent ready, some are. They need to kno the difference between love, lust, attraction, etc.

kuch aisa hy keh may be some or may be some not,But ziyada chances Maturity ky hain in TEEN age Most of fall in love but they can't understand the feelings keh what that only attraction or just keh koi bus acha lga Or Love...And their mind is totaly fresh and most of constrate on studies so LOVE ky chakar main ziyada nahe jaty...
Lekin woh yeh jan laity hain keh wo admi ya wo larki hum sy LOVE krta hy agar uss person ny IZHAR na bhi kya ho Tu phir hum isy MATURITY hi kahe GY...

Well, muslims kids should ki growth aisi honi chahiye kay woh teenage main mature ho jaeen zehni toar peh .. cuz Islam mein hukaam hai kay bachoon ki jitni jald shadi ker di jaie utha acha hai in many ways.. of course after they are baliq... per aaj kal ki generation ko grow up kerte itna time lag jata hai kay nobody can say anything 100% with surety, probably some are mature enough to fall in love and take the responsibility of it .. n many of them (teens) are not.
