maiN apane ghaR ke aNdherooN ko lauT'aa'uNgi
badaN ke karb ko vo bhi samajh na paayegaa
maiN dil meiN rouu'Ngi aaNkhoN meiN muskura'uuNgi
vo kyaa gayaa ke rafaaqat ke saaRe lutf gaye
maiN kis se ruuTh sakuuNgii kise manaa'uNgii
vo ik rishtaa-e-benaam bhi nahiN lekiN
maiN ab bhi us ke ishaaroN pe saR jhukaa'uNgi
bichhaa diya thaa gulaaboN ke saath apnaa vajuud
vo so ke uThe to KhvaaboN ki raakh uThaa'uNgii
ab us kaa fan to kisii aur se manasuub huaa
maiN kis kii nazm akele meiN gun'unaauNgii
javaz DhuuNDh rahaa thaa naii muhabbat kaa
vo kah rahaa thaa ke maiN us ko bhuul jaa'uuNgii
