what three makeup tips do you have for a makeup beginner?

Makeup tips - everybody has them, but will you share your coveted secrets with the rest of us? I want to know what make up tips you’d bestow upon someone just learning about beauty and makeup today!

my tips:
-before applying makeup..use ice on ur face and let it dry..the makeup will stay...and dont be afraid of using colors on ur skin...its the base that matters...drink as much water as u can.
-never double coat ur lashes with mascara...they will make it look bad...and use it always as it opens up ur eyes...
-Your brows are so important. Have them shaped and maintain the shape by tweezing in between visits. Fill them in if they’re sparse. Having beautiful brows can make it unnecessary to wear eyeshadow.

Always use mascara...thats wat I say, its a nice and pretty look 4 the eyes and very easy...but sis I always put on 2 coats it works great for me

...if i do that...it works heavy for me..may be it depends on lashes also...
