WHICH IS BETTER...FORMER OR LATTER?



Dad used to give us a measly Rs. 20/- per month,
in that we were not only able to eat stomachs fill,
but we were able to save too!!!
Now we earn a sum of 20K, we have no idea
where it goes, let alone saving it!!
Which was better, the former or the latter???

One project since we joined
and just one manager!!

we used to study for ranks!!
Now we scan thru our mails;
we struggle for our ratings!!!

We have still not forgotten the people
in the next section!!!
Now we don't even know who sits
in the next cubicle!!!

After getting back from a tiring play,
we used to do our home work!!
Now who knows/cares about home;
all we do is just work!!!
Which was better, the former or the latter???

We knew our history and economics!!
Now let alone reading books,
we don't even catch up with the daily news!!!
Which was better, the former or the latter???

We had an aim in life;
behind our backs we had our teachers!!
Now we have no idea about the
future nor do we find any
one who would tell us anything!!!
Now just ask yourself,
which was better,
the former or the latter???

Glimmer - Past is always past. Whether good or bad, its never going to come back. Yet we all feel that former was better coz. we all know its out of our reach and even if we wish to have them, its not possible.

Tomorrow is always full of dreams and aspirations. Though its unknown, we just look for it coz. we all know its still to come and we can achieve it. Basically, our present(today) is the reflection and result of our former(yesterday) and tomorrow(Future) will be the result and outcome of our present and its very much dependent how we plan today for our future - keeping our fingers crossed in terms of destiny. So, most important of all is our Present and we must live in present and get focussed for future.

Ther r some past things which ww will always yearn 4...and som things 4 we will never..

exactly stay in today and focus on tomorrow...past is a lesson...
and the best part of living in today is...that when in future...one will not repent...that when we had time..we were not able to enjoy it...and keeping focused brings aim...a vision...which when exact...reaches early...but the difficult part is to actually make an aim.
