my question is...
Is it to early to control diets and workout, or do you believe that when young, you should live life...not necessarily be fat..but somewhat chubby ish...
in short
Is it there an age too early to control diets?
(im controlling mine and im 17...i also weight train)

Yea it's hard not to notice that ppl are hitting the gym at a much younger age these days. As for your age i think it's definitely admirable that you are discplined enough to control your diet and set time for the gym aswell.

I'd have to agree. At a young age, i think you are fine as long as u are fairly active with sports or any cardio activities. Having said that, i think its gr8 if you start weight training at a young age.

I know what you mean. Basically you have to cut out the traditional cooking which doesn't fly too well with my mom. As far as looks are concerned, i doubt you'd look older. If anything you should look bigger and better.
