i wouldnot say change..but yes improve...

its v.difficult to come out of bad habits...sometimes person does it and sometime refrain from them...and it really takes many years going on like this...then at one point...he/she does improve completely..as it becomes a habit...
fatima yes a person can change and still cheat..where showing change is for others and cheating is for mean reasons.
i answered as to what i understood...

Yes a cheating person one can change but only wen somthing very huge has happened and they have learned their lesson. It takes somthing huge for a person to change themselves

When someone has changed then he is not supposed to do the same mistake he did before n if he is REPEATING that than he hasn't changed. Isn't it?
