im on a diet as we speak...im eating only healthy foods, and im keeping a kind of consistent workout routine...
i try to eat 6 times a day and i dont eat anything after 8PM MAX because then all of the carbs get stuckk

i prefer soup or oats at night i mean late night......if i m awake...raw green vegetables...dont work for me in the night...
