How Violent Is Your Anger?
The question is simple: How violent do you think your temper is? What ticks you off the most? How long does it take you to make the anger go down? Any fun stories you'd like to share?

ghussa mujhe aata hai...lekin khamosh rehna us se bhi ziada aata hai...mostly mujhe badtameezi par ghussa aata hai...3 times pyar se bolongi...agar phir se bhi woh harkat ho tau pata bhi nahi chalta k mujhe ghussa aagaya hai...i get violent...lekin shukar al hamdALLAH...patience rules me...

mujhe to gussa bohat ata hai. aur strange baat to yeh hai k sirf gharwalon par hi ata hai. every small mistake makes me very angry, my family is terrified of my anger. i.e, mom, sis n bro par. doston par to bilkul hi nahi ata. i don't know why is that.

first of all... Mujhe gussa buhat kum ata hey.. ya phir ye bhi kehsakte hian ke gussa ata hey lekin mein ctrl karleta khud pe.. lekin kabhie kabhi aisa bhi hota hey ke me ctrl nahi karpta or phir mein bhool jata heyke mere samne kon hey.. mien kisse bat karraha ho.. kuch nahi.

mostly ghussa ki yehi kaifiyat hoti hai...
cool shoaib...welcome back...infact i hve also seen many cases like that...but i also dont know the reason...cause ppl seem to be v.friendly with frnds...and response in house is differen...and in some cases..with parents also...

 Hmm...Ghussa badtameezi pe shadeed aata hai mujhe per Allah ka shukar hai under control hotta hai. Mostly chup hojati hoon n jese hi mouqa milley apne room mein aajati hoon. Jese k aaj bhi khaase ghussey mein thi/hoon mein n aaj bhi badtameezi pe hi aaya...gradually sahi hotta jata hai thorey time baad aksar per depend karta hai k kisne kesi baat ki hai, kabhi kabhar chand dinon tak chalta hai n i just HATE that state!

thankfully abhi tak phir aisa koi lamha nahi aaya aap ki life mein...ghusse mein insaan sochne ki salahiyat kho bethta hai..thori deer k liye..

My anger isnt really violent. When i get angry at somthing minor I also just stop talking and giv the person silent treatment for a awhile. If I am really angry then wat happens is I start crying...yea, that may sound weird but thats wat happens to me. I start to cry and im angry at the same time so then it depends on the situation wat happens next

 main bhi rone lag jati hoon aapke jaise yasra sis jab mujhe boooohat ghussa ata hai....aur mujhe ghussa bohat jaldi a jata hai

really...ghussa tho mujhe bhi jaldi aata hai lekin choti choti baatho par aur bohut jaldi chala bhi jaata hai. Par rona aata hai jab mujhe bohut ghussa ho.

par agar mujhe kisi ki baat ki wajah se ghussa aye..aur woh mujhe manae na to mera ghussa nai jata!...tab main naraz rehti hon jab tak woh sorry ya kuch aur na bole
