All of us know it came and went taking away happiness
Leaving buildings and people all in a mess.
We are aware of the damage done
But here are most of us still having fun.
We made a donation that we think is big enough
Sure enough they don't need that much stuff.
Shame on those who say this is true
About sorrow they don't have a clue.
Allah sent to the people this disaster as a test
So beware of what may come to you in the moment that is next.
Look at yourself sitting there
All cozy and snuggled up on a bed or a chair.
Get up and make yourself wide awake
Many Muslims have just suffered through an earthquake.
This test Allah has sent for all mankind
To see if we've really got Him in mind.
To find out whether we actually believe
That Allah owns our wealth and Without Him we will grieve
Help your Ummah in this Dunya
And secure yourself a place in Jannah.
Those who still live have a health so delicate
Stop them from feeling so unfortunate.
Even if you are not a believer in Islam
Please help the innocent in Pakistan.
They rely on us to feel their pain
But bring their lives back together again.
Whatever good for them you do,
They'll always remember it and pray for you.
