it needs more ram cuz its a bigger operating system and has more features built in it, I like vista but it betta not have a major fault lik xp professional lol

We have to keep par with the changes.Plus Xp days are numbered.Very soon Microsoft will withdraw the support.And plus my PC supports both Xp and Vista.I am having no problems running duo.Config is as follows


Intel Duo Core
1GB ram
256MB graphics
100GB Hardisk

Bet on it youll have no issues.

hmmm...
my next upgrade will be to fedora..i guess..the os gui and user friendly softwares in GNU/linuxes are now pretty much good as windows and doesnt require high end hardware configurations.

Even i would love that,but then the compatibility issue with various handheld devices is well knows.Nobody beats Windows there.
