    Today's poll question asks: What do you get out of strength training?

    That's a fair question and one many of us wonder, I'm sure. The thing about strength training and, really, any type of exercise, is that it has to have a purpose for you to do it regularly. Part of finding that purpose is actually experiencing the benefits. We all know it's good for us - it strengthens bones and muscles, it preserves muscle mass as we get older and it helps with weight management and injury protection. But until we truly experience how it can make life better, actually doing it can be tough.

    exercise make me happy, i got more better selfesteem and help me being fresh and "awake"

    I dont excercise at all...Dont hav much time and never got into it.
