Thread: What To Do With A Beauty Flaw

  1. #1
    Beauty Flaw Facts:

You are NOT the only person in the history of the planet that has some sort of flaw.
EVERYBODY has SOMETHING they don’t like about themselves… even ME!!
Come to terms with it and move on! Camouflage it. Accent it. Or Ignore it. Just don’t let it ruin your day!
    What? Me? Okay…

I would like to be 3 inches shorter. Not gonna happen.

My hair is hopelessly straight. I use LOTS of product to make it look great.

And my right ear is a little higher than my left ear, but I have long hair so nobody notices.

The point is, none of us is perfect… so don’t spend so much time worrying about it! Get out there and enjoy yourself!

Tell me about your “flaws” and what you do about them.

    (((Hugs)))

I have black marks up under my eyes. I've tried everything to get rid of them but nothing works. I guess they'll grow on me.

I also have a unibrow! Yuck! but I pluck that so it's all good.

I guess I have more flaws but I don't really focus on them.

    Beauty And A Thug:

    She's so beautiful and he's a thug,
They're so different yet they're in love.
He's so thugged out and she's so beautiful,
They're so perfect cause they're in love.
Building life from a slang so divine.
Soul to soul, their flesh pressed,
From a firm of onyx tenderness,
He signed his name with a venom kiss,
Upon a heart, which never knew such bliss.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder:

My beauty, my beauty, though but mean
Needs not the painted flourish of your praise
Beauty is bought by judgement of the eye
Not utter'd by base sale of chapmen's tongues
Beauty in things exists for sure
In the mind that contemplates them

    Beauty is only skin deep:

    Look not for physical beauty
It withers soon, like a flower
Weigh a bird for physical beauty
But not a human, never ever
When the mind of a person flowers
It is sweeter than spring flowers
Look for that beauty that is eternal
Since mind that enjoys it is eternal

    Beauty From Pain:

My whole world is the pain inside me
The best I can is get through the day
When life before me is only a memory
I'll wonder why God lets me live like this
And though I can't understand why this is so
I know that I will when I think deeply
And see how you've brought beauty from ashes
And made me as gold purified through flames
I have no words to thank you, my dear
You are beyond any thing that I know

If I have a beauty flaw, I wud love to live with it rather than harping on it. Of course, I will try to remove it as far as humanly possible, but at the same I will bank upon my other Beauty plus. Rite jiiiiiiiiiiii

Beauty in eyes of beholder, study confirms:

WASHINGTON: When it comes to something pleasant, it seems that the phrase "easy on the eyes" may hold more truth than earlier believed, for a study has found that objects or people appear more attractive when the mind can process their looks faster.

Scientists ponder beauty and the eye of the beholder:
Evidence increasingly suggests the human brain is hard-wired for aesthetics.
