    BAKED PURI [Calorie Count: 13]
    (preparation time: 5 minutes, cooking time: 10 minutes, makes 25 puris.)

    Ingredients:

    100 GRAMS WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
    1 TEASPOON OIL
    1/4 TEASPOON SALT

    Preparation :
    Mix the flour, oil and salt. Add water and prepare a stiff dough. Knead well. Divide the dough into 25 portions. Roll out into thin puris and prick with a fork. Arrange the puris on a baking tray. Bake in a hot oven at 200c for 10 minutes.
