    Well, In my point of view One of the biggest problems with stress is to find a way to let it out. Use your friends. Talk about your problems and concerns, you may be able to help or give advice. But usually only makes us feel better when we know we have someone you trust, the instant stress relief. A common problem is halved. Not to mention their friends are there to help you have fun and enjoy.
