    The key to healthy and youthful skin is water. Water keeps the body hydrated and the skin soft and supple. Water dilutes and flushes away the toxins through your perspiration. Drink lots of water throughout the day.

    The more you drink water, the more you perspire expelling toxins and dirt from your body. Keep a clean cloth or towel handy to wipe off the sweat. This will help you avoid the skin reactions that might occur when perspiration dries on the skin.

    When you sweat and it dries, and then again you sweat again, pimples or acne develop. Mousses, gels on hair can drip onto the forehead or edge of the hairline, and clog pores. So, it is important to wipe off perspiration as often as possible.
