    100 gm boiled rajma
    100 gm boiled kabuli chana
    100 gm full masoor
    250 gm spring onion greens, coriander leaves, fenugreek, chopped
    2 onions, chopped
    5 gm garlic, chopped
    100 gm macaroni


    Heat two glasses of water in a saucepan. Add the masoor and the chopped leafy greens and cook for half an hour.

    Add the rajma and chana and cook for another ˝ hour.

    In another pan, sauté onions and garlic for 2 minutes. Add a little salt, pepper and turmeric. Mix and add to the aash.

    Add the macaroni and let it cook for 10 minutes.

    Serve hot.

    1 hr in preparation...and simple steps...sounds great...can be made on special occasions...
