its called a user title.. its just there for fun or to show the position of some member, i.e. mods can have Moderator written there instead of the usual titles that change with the number of posts
you can change it by buying the option from the DT store

If i m not wrong. Every gift stays for a month which can be seen to the right side of the user name.

well what rahen was trying to say is that the gift is valid only for a short time after its given..
like for a month.. us ke baad it expires and if you want to see it again after that then you have to ask someone to gift it to u again
