Ingredients:

600g flour
400g icing sugar
200g butter
25g baking powder
3 eggs

Method:

Mix all ingredients together for five minutes at low speed.
Pipe the mixture out on a greased tray and top with almonds nuts or
almond flakes.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190 degrees centigrade for 20 minutes.
Serve with tea.
