    Answer the phone by LEFT ear.
    Do not drink coffee Twice day.
    Do not take pills with COOL water.
    Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm.
    Reduce the amount of OILY food you consume..

    Drink more WATER in the morning, less at night.

    Keep your distance from hand phone CHARGERS.

    Do not use headphones/earphone for LONG period of time.

    Best sleeping time is from 10pmat night to 6amin the morning.

    Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping.

    When battery is down to the LAST grid/bar, do not answer the phone as the radiation is 1000 times.

    That's fact about the health and it is require to keep in mind. I am really appreciated to your valuable information to maintain the health. Another thing is that it is require to aware the fact about the health to the people.

    well All this information is really healthy and also good for all human , I include some tips like that:
    Do not take pills with COOL water.
    Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm.
    Do not take alcohol and smoke.
    eat always healthy food like fruits and vegetables.

    Health Tips :

    - Drink 9-10 glass of water per day
    - Avoid oily food
    - Reduce your stress level
    - Wash your face twice a day
    - Sleep atleast 8 hours in night
    - Never Smoking

    I have seen the good result of eating a lot of green vegetables and fruits, also drinking a lot of water on a daily basis help our body keep fit and healthy.
