    which one you tried...
    i tried atleast 5 brands..4 of them from china...and one waz of lipton...
    brown bread also helped many ppl...infact it showed great results without green tea or exercise..i think it contains lots of fibre..and thats the reason it is awesome..for many...

    i learned that from a tv program..in that a cultured and impressive personality...came who does the charity programs..he taught some exercises...which i later found in some magazines..and then in youtube for cadio exercises...
    i used to do it twice a day..once in early morning...and one after sunset adding meditation...

    i tried but didnt find... thats y wrote it here...ok now u both tell me urs exercises,explain them...and sweetu yes yoga has some weight lose postures.

    if weight loss is main aim diet,exercise and a lost resort medicines
    if too much fat in abdomen or thigh fat can be sucked out
    just climb the stairs in your house several times
    if money is not a problem buy a tread mill
    controlling diet is top priority
    u make me happy
