    Is there any facility in this site which helps us to find some member from his username or location.?

    Yes we do have that option, you can manually Search / browse for members at http://www.desitwist.com/memberlist.php

    you can find IM friends at http://www.desitwist.com/imlist.php

    You can also search for posts at http://www.desitwist.com/search.php
