you already mentioned that ur friend knows that he lover her then y ur friend is waiting for him to propose. In true love it does not count who gonna start first.
simi idea also seems to me good, if ur friend is shy.

Gujjar's Verdict

In my humble opinion a girl should marry with the one who loves her not necessarily with the guy whom she loves. Cause he can be in love with some one else. So your friend should marry with the person who has proposed through his parents. Love will start after marriage. Parents are always well wishers of their daughters and sons. So always act upon their advice.

thanks for you replies guys :-) really sweet of you. Well wo larka hai to chicken he lugta hai bulkay chicken shit! she is such a nice girl and mujje lugta hai kai maybe she loves him more than he loves her. And wese be uska koi dost nai hai jis ko wo larki ya mai jante hain or something. But anyway i think she will do soemting stupid, as she has don stupid tings to herself before. Allah hi usko bchain.
