Member of the Week MOM ka charm khatam kardaiga.
2ndly agar staff members and MOM ko nominations main shamil kia gaya tou phir baqi logon ki bari nahi aayegi, kuinki aik member i observe almost 2 months tou popular rahta hai, doosri baat yeh hai k agar aik MOM ban gaya aik month main, next month woh voting main hua aur MOM na ban sakka, tou shayad woh apni insult feel karay.
