Don't get me wrong.
I do not say that based on a "spiritual" belief.
I study artificial inteligence as a hobby since I am 12.

I simple stated that the memory of a AI will have to be organized in some fashion.

Indexes will be needed to improve the response times.
Decisions are based on the past memories.

The memories that are in the beggining of the line (top score on the indexes) will be more present on the decision making proccess.

That's why humans are slave to duality. Everthing is good or bad; hot or cold; wet or dry; We measure everthing based on two oposite concepts.

When we see something, we compare the best case scenario and the worst case scenario and get a 1st rational response.

After that we begin to refine the proccess with another filters and indexes.

I do not see possibility of a high evolved inteligent being (AI, alien or human) whithout it.

If a life form does not use some indexing techinique on its memory... it will be very slow.
Which is not recognized as a inteligent trait.
