    Ingrediants:
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 cup oil
    1/2 kg beef, minced
    1/2 kg eggplant,sliced
    1 tbsp salt
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp garlic
    1 1/4 cup white sauce
    2 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp tomato puree
    2 egg yolks
    2 tbsp grated cheese
    3 tbsp flour
    4 medium tomatoes, chopped

    Method
    place sliced egg plants in a strainer and sprinkle salt.
    leave for 30 minutes
    melt butter and fry onion and garlic for five to seven minutes.
    add meat and fry until brown.
    then add tomatoes, tomato puree, salt and pepper
    stir for four minutes
    remove the pan from heat
    next, dry the slices of eggplant on a paper towel and coat with flour.
    fry in oil on moderate heat till both sides are browned
    arrange half the slice in deep baking dish
    spoon over the mince mix and cover with the remaining slice of egg plant
    beat together white sauce and egg yolks
    pour the mixture in the dish and sprinkle with cheese
    bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes and 190 C, untill lightly browned

    Believe me guys this is a very delicious thing do try it cause i myself has tried this
