Ingredients:

* Creamed corn - 1 can
* Chopped chichen - 1 cup
* Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
* Water - 4 cups
* Green onions, chopped - 1 bunch
* Corn starch dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water - 1 tsp.
* Pepper - 1/2 tsp.
* Vinegar - 1/2 tsp.
* Green chillies chopped - 1/4 tsp.
* Egg beaten - 1
* Salt - According to taste

Method:
In a sauce pan bring the water to a boil, reduce the heat and add the chicken, ginger garlic, green onions and salt. After cooking for 5 mins add the corn and the pepper. Cook for 10 mins. Add the rest of the ingredients except the egg. Cook for 5 mins more and at the end add the egg through a strainer , stirring the soup continously. Garnish with a few drops of soya sauce.
