NO! It's the responsibility of the Government to take protective measures. As always, they've failed to protect innocent people. Islamabad is a tiny city and it shouldn't be difficult at all for them to organize.

yeh sirf batain hi kar saktay hian.. jo kuch karna hai hamain hi karna hai.. yeh log hum se bhi zyada bay bass hain
hum tau sirf gurbat, bayrozgari, bijli, rishwat waghera ki wajja se bay bass hain
yeh log tau apnay hi logon ki wajjah se baybass hain!
in ko kon si chiz hai jo protection deti hai???
yeh bhi hamari tarah unprotected hain !
