    Do you think if increasing police officers' wages is the best way to motivate them at providing better and more reliable services? I expect answer from both of my pakistani and indian friends.

    Yes! 3000-15000 rs/month doesn't really help them feed their families.

    Murali at the end of a day all that matters is your thick wallet. You can't remain honest, sincere or loyal with empty stomach.

    Right on the mark Endurer....

    Indeed the thick wallets will help the Armed forces concentrate their loyalty towards their homeland and not towards any money offering traitor..........
